Residential Accessory/Specialty Buildings

As many graduates of Architecture programs can tell you, often one of the first design projects given to students is a small specialty building. The small project has just as many or even greater challenges than a large scale undertaking.

We welcome this challenge. Our experience includes Swimming Pool Cabana buildings, Carriage Houses, Unique garages, Artist and Musician lofts and garden structures. These structures are designed to meet with our clients’ dreams and wish list. In working with Sionas Architecture you will see that we relish the range and sizes of projects that are presented to us.
